Epoxy cove bases are made by installing a base board and apply the coating to the top usually about 4-5 inches creating a seamless pan. This material is a two-component thixotropic binder resin that, when mixed with certain aggregates, can easily be spread across vertical surfaces to create the required slope down to the floor.
